DEL PALMA

Palm Coast, Florida | New Construction Interior Design

Del Palma was a new-construction home in Palm Coast where Moxie became involved early enough to help shape several of the decisions that would define the finished first floor.

The work included finish selections for the kitchen, powder room and main level, along with furniture layout and placement so the rooms would work well once the home was complete. Moxie also designed the built-in TV wall and beam detail, adding architectural interest to the living space while giving the room a stronger focal point.

The foyer received the same attention. Rather than treating the entry as a pass-through space, Moxie helped develop the design so it connected naturally with the rest of the home.

For a new construction project, the individual decisions add up quickly. Del Palma is a good example of how interior design can help connect finishes, furniture planning and custom details while the home is still taking shape, so the finished spaces feel cohesive from the beginning.
