A HOME THAT FEELS LIKE YOURS.
Whether you are furnishing a new home, rethinking a kitchen or ready for a complete renovation, Moxie helps bring your ideas into focus. Based in Longwood, we work with Orlando and Central Florida homeowners to create rooms that feel comfortable, finished and personal.
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR HOME
What would make your space feel better to live in?
Windermere has a distinctive setting, but a home's location does not have to determine its interior style. What matters is what you want to accomplish.
A room may need better furniture placement, lighting and furnishings. A kitchen might need a different layout or more useful storage. An upstairs studio might become the one place everyone wants to spend time. Moxie works through those possibilities with you, balancing the home's existing architecture with the direction you want to take it.

Based in Longwood, Moxie Design Group works with homeowners throughout Orlando and Central Florida, bringing design support to renovations, custom spaces, new construction and fully furnished interiors.
This is where the design begins.
WINDERMERE INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT
HEMPEL
From studio to speakeasy. At Hempel, an open space above the garage became a modern lounge that also works as a multipurpose room. Moxie designed a custom bar with quartz countertops, backsplash, trim details and integrated LED lighting, alongside a TV and fireplace wall with built-in cabinetry.

Color drenching, new flooring, ceiling fans and selected furnishings help give the room its own character. It's made for hosting friends or taking a quiet evening for yourself.

WHAT WE CAN HELP YOU ACCOMPLISH
Design that solves the room you have, and makes space for the room you want.
Every home asks for something different. Sometimes that's more useful storage and an improved layout. Sometimes it's furniture that finally suits the space, or details that make a room memorable. We look at the entire picture before narrowing in on the finishes.

WINDERMERE INTERIOR DESIGN QUESTIONS
A few things worth knowing before we begin.
From a single room to a larger renovation, here is a little more about working with Moxie.
Can Moxie help furnish an entire Windermere home
Yes. Our Redesign service can cover furniture layouts, furnishings, lighting, rugs, artwork, accessories, procurement and installation across one room, several spaces or a full residence, depending on the scope.
Do you take on kitchen and bathroom renovation design?

Yes. We help with layout ideas, cabinetry, fixture and finish selections, lighting, materials and other interior design decisions. Where construction is involved, those design decisions can be coordinated with your builder or contractor.
Can you work with furniture or features we already own?

Of course. If there are pieces or architectural details you want to keep, we can work them into the new design. If you would rather start fresh, we can approach it that way too.
Does my Windermere home need to have a certain look?

No. The setting may influence light, views and how a room is used, but your style should come from you. We can help with traditional, contemporary or more personal directions without forcing the home into a local theme.
Do you design specialty rooms and custom built-ins?

Yes. Hempel in Windermere is an example: a studio above the garage became a speakeasy-inspired lounge with a custom bar, integrated lighting and a built-in TV and fireplace wall.
