These projects highlight how Moxie approaches renovations through layout, cabinetry, lighting, materials, finishes and the way each room needs to work for the people using it.

The homeowner’s vision for this Heathrow residence was clear: a welcoming place to entertain, a comfortable retreat for downtime and an interior with a distinctly masculine feel. Moxie brought that direction to life through rich wood tones, contrasting finishes, custom details and lighting that gives each room its own atmosphere.
In the main living and dining area, tall illuminated shelving and a dramatic fireplace surround create a striking backdrop for gathering. Comfortable seating and a generous dining table balance the scale of the architecture, while the kitchen offers extensive counter seating and a separate beverage station for easy hosting.
The poker room takes the design in a moodier direction, pairing a geometric ceiling and studded wall panels with a glowing bar backdrop. A separate family lounge offers a softer place to unwind, complete with a sectional, fireplace and illuminated built-in seating nook. In the bathroom, dark finishes, warm wood and a sculptural freestanding tub continue the home’s more intimate side.
North Shore was a full kitchen and primary bathroom renovation for a second residence near the Palm Coast shoreline. The original kitchen was dark, brown and dated, and the homeowners wanted a brighter space with more personality and a stronger connection to the home’s coastal setting.

Moxie developed the complete design concept, reworking the kitchen around custom cabinetry, an opened layout and a blue, white and gold palette. A pantry that had been disguised behind faux cabinetry was opened and incorporated into the new plan. Big Chill appliances added the café-inspired character the homeowners wanted while still giving the room a polished, high-end finish.

The primary bathroom was also completely reimagined with custom cabinetry, an oversized round tub and an open shower. Together, the redesigned spaces gave this Palm Coast residence a lighter, more inviting look while improving how the homeowners use the home.
Del Palma was a Palm Coast new construction project where Moxie helped shape the home before the spaces were fully finished. Working alongside the construction process, the design support included finish selections for the kitchen, powder room, bathrooms and main level, along with furniture planning to make sure the completed rooms would feel balanced and easy to use.

Moxie also designed the custom built-in TV wall and ceiling beam detail, giving the main living area a stronger architectural focal point. The foyer received its own design attention so the entry would feel connected to the rest of the home rather than treated as an afterthought.

The project shows the value of bringing an interior designer into a new build early. Instead of making cabinetry, finishes, architectural details and furniture decisions separately, the home was planned with the finished result in mind.
Vetta was a newly constructed Bella Collina residence that needed furnishings, fixtures and finishing details to turn the completed architecture into a fully realized home.

Moxie provided white-glove interior design and installation for the living room, primary bedroom, office and dining room. Furniture, lighting and other selections were planned together so the rooms would relate to one another while still serving their individual purposes.

The homeowners wanted a timeless, sophisticated interior with high-quality furnishings that matched the character of the property. From selecting the pieces to completing the final installation, Moxie handled the details needed to take the rooms from newly built to comfortably finished.
The Palermo kitchen had good bones, but it was definitely ready for a refresh. The original cabinetry, countertops and layout made the space feel dated and heavier than it needed to be, so Moxie focused on brightening the room, improving storage and making the kitchen easier to use every day.
New cabinetry, countertops and finishes gave the space a cleaner, more current look, while the updated layout improved movement between the cooking and entertaining areas. The transformation is dramatic, but what makes this project especially successful is that the kitchen now works just as well as it looks.
Windsor
Windsor was one of those kitchens where a few major changes made a huge difference. The existing cabinetry, countertops and appliances were showing their age, and the layout was not taking full advantage of the available space.
Moxie updated the cabinetry, countertops and appliances and made adjustments to the layout to improve storage, workflow and everyday use. The new kitchen feels brighter, cleaner and far more connected to the rest of the home. It is a great example of how the right design changes can completely update a room without making the finished space feel overdone.
Moxie designed a full custom workstation that gives both children room for homework, creative projects and everyday activities while remaining useful as they grow. A paneled TV wall, wallpaper accents, new lighting and full furnishings completed the room.
Moxie took a more focused approach by working with the homeowners’ existing furniture and refreshing the room through paint, an accent wall and carefully selected updates.
