Interior Design in Orlando
A home that feels like you.
Down to the details.
Whether you are furnishing a new home, rethinking a kitchen or ready for a complete renovation, Moxie helps bring your ideas into focus. Based in Longwood, we work with Orlando and Central Florida homeowners to create rooms that feel comfortable, finished and personal.

THE STARTING POINT IS YOU
What would you love
to come home to?
A better place to gather. A kitchen with room to cook together. A bedroom that finally feels finished. Your reasons for making a change matter as much as the look you have in mind.
Sueann and the Moxie team turn those ideas into layouts, furnishings, finishes and custom details that work together. Keep the pieces you love, take the home in a completely new direction or do a little of both. The design is yours to shape.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES IN ORLANDO
Orlando interior design projects.
These Orlando projects show how different the work can be. One brought fresh direction to a lived-in home. The other created two distinct spaces for entertaining and working from home.

SPACES TO HOST, A PLACE TO FOCUS
Spring Club
At Spring Club, the Florida room and home office called for very different things. Moxie gave the sunroom a custom bar with a quartz feature wall, custom-stained oak, integrated LED lighting, a sink and a wine refrigerator. New furnishings and styled accessories completed the space for entertaining.

In the office, a separate built-in brought together painted cabinetry, chevron wood detailing and an inlay backdrop. Ceiling wallpaper and selected furniture finished the room from every angle. Each space has its own character, with the practical features to make it part of everyday life.
SPACES TO HOST, A PLACE TO FOCUS
Stanthorne
The homeowners wanted their lived-in residence to feel different without replacing everything. Moxie developed a new design concept for the areas being updated, incorporating selected existing furniture and improving how the pieces were arranged.
A custom modern staircase, foyer ceiling paneling and oversized pendants brought new attention to the architecture. Door colors and geometric accents connected the palette, while wallpaper and fixtures gave the upstairs bedroom used by the homeowner’s niece its own personality. Dining room updates carried the design into another gathering space.

A LOCAL UNDERSTANDING WITH AN INDIVIDUAL APPROACH
Orlando has more than one kind of home
That is part of what makes designing here interesting. The bungalow streets of College Park, homes around downtown and the residences of Lake Nona offer different starting points. We consider the property in front of us, then help you decide what comes next.
A FRESH PERSPECTIVE ON YOUR SPACE
Familiar surroundings.
New possibilities.
College Park’s bungalow-style homes and tree-lined streets are part of its appeal. Inside, your plans might involve a more useful kitchen, better storage or a complete change of direction. Moxie can look at room relationships, cabinetry, lighting and finishes together, with the level of change guided by what you want from the home.
A FRESH PERSPECTIVE ON YOUR SPACE
Make the most of the space you have.
A generous entry or open living area can still leave you wondering where to begin. Furniture scale, ceiling details and lighting can make those spaces more comfortable and easier to use. At Stanthorne, a custom staircase, changes to the foyer and better furniture placement gave the existing rooms a fresh direction.
A FRESH PERSPECTIVE ON YOUR SPACE
Plan around the way you spend your time.
Perhaps the dining room needs to host a bigger group, the office needs to work harder or the Florida room deserves more use. Across Orlando, we help homeowners make room for those priorities through furnishings, custom built-ins and design that connects the spaces used every day.

ORLANDO INTERIOR DESIGN QUESTIONS
A few things you may be wondering.
From a single room to a larger renovation, here is a little more about working with Moxie.
Does Moxie Design Group work in Orlando?
Yes. Moxie Design Group is based in Longwood and serves homeowners in Orlando and across Central Florida. Orlando-area projects include Stanthorne in Eagle Creek near Lake Nona and Spring Club in Orlando. Your project begins with a conversation about the property, your goals and the design support you need.
Can you furnish my home without a full renovation?

Absolutely. Our Redesign service can include furniture planning and selections, lighting, rugs, artwork and accessories, followed by purchasing, delivery coordination and white-glove installation. We can furnish one room, several connected spaces or a whole home, with the scope agreed at the start.
Can Moxie help with a kitchen, bathroom or larger remodel?

Yes. We can develop interior layouts and coordinate cabinetry, fixtures, surfaces, lighting, hardware and finish selections. For projects involving construction, we work with the appropriate project professionals to keep the interior design connected to the build. Construction responsibilities are established as part of the project scope.
When should I bring in an interior designer for a new build?

It is helpful to begin before your major layout and finish decisions are locked in. We can think through furniture placement, lighting, materials and custom features while those decisions are still flexible. We also work with homeowners whose construction is complete and who are ready for furnishings and installation.
Do I need to know my style or replace everything I own?

No. Bring the ideas you have, even when they are not fully formed. We can work with pieces you love, help you find a new direction or start fresh. The design follows your preferences and the way you use the home, rather than a preset style or a requirement to keep existing features.
Can I see the design before work begins?

Depending on the project, design presentations can include renderings and immersive virtual-reality walkthroughs. These help you understand the proposed layout, proportions and room relationships before construction begins. We will explain which presentation tools are included in your scope.
How much does interior design in Orlando cost?

The investment depends on the number of rooms, the level of design support, furniture and material selections, custom work and whether construction is involved. We discuss your priorities and budget early, then recommend a scope that makes sense for the home. A discovery call is the best place to begin.
